InPost has revolutionised e-commerce parcel delivery in Poland and is now one of Europe's leading OOH e-commerce enablement platforms. Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through a network of nearly 65,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) – one of the largest IoT deployments in European logistics, with devices reporting status and updating remotely in real time – forming part of a wider network of around 100,000 pick-up points available 24/7 across nine countries in Europe, as well as to-door courier and fulfilment services to e-commerce merchants. In 2025 alone, InPost delivered a record 1.4 billion parcels, with up to 15 million in a single day during peak holiday periods.
