Which ticket should you choose?

TLDR

Choose a 2-day ticket if you want the full conference experience.
Choose a 1-day ticket if you can attend only one day.
Choose a + Lunch ticket if you want lunch voucher for food hall included.
Choose a Student Ticket if you are eligible for the student discount.

All tickets provide access to the main conference activities, including:

• conference talks,
• panels,
• expo area,
• networking activities.

The differences between ticket types are:

• number of conference days,
• lunch availability,
• eligibility for student discounts.

Standard Ticket (2 days)

Access to all conference activities on 25-26 September 2026.
Includes:

• access to all talks, panels, and the expo area,
• access to one workshop of your choice.
  Does not include lunch.

Standard Ticket + Lunch (2 days)

Access to all conference activities on 25-26 September 2026.
Includes:

• access to all talks, panels, and the expo area,
• access to one workshop of your choice,
• lunch vouchers for both conference days.

Student Ticket (2 days)

A discounted ticket available for students.
Includes:

• access to all talks, panels, and the expo area,
• access to one workshop of your choice.
  Does not include lunch.
  Important:
• the number of student tickets is limited,
• a valid student ID may be required,

One-Day Standard Ticket

Access to all conference activities on one selected conference day: 25 September OR 26 September 2026.
Includes:

• access to all talks, panels, and the expo area,
• access to one workshop of your choice.
  Does not include lunch.
  Recommended for participants who can attend only one day of the conference.

One-Day Standard Ticket + Lunch

Access to all conference activities on one selected conference day.
Includes:

• access to all talks, panels, and the expo area,
• access to one workshop of your choice,
• one lunch voucher.

One-Day Student Ticket

A discounted student ticket valid for one selected conference day.
Includes:

• access to all talks, panels, and the expo area,
• access to one workshop of your choice.
  Does not include lunch.
  Important:
• limited availability,
• a valid student ID is required.

Ticket Policy and Group Purchases

Ticket policy

Tickets are valid only for the ticket type and conference access selected during purchase.
Please note:

• tickets provide access only to the activities included in the selected ticket option,
• workshop participation is subject to availability and requires selecting a workshop during the registration process,
• lunch is available only for participants who purchase a ticket option that includes lunch,
• student tickets are available only to eligible students and may require presentation of a valid student ID,
• tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may not be accepted.
